Undoubtedly the biggest volcano in the USA is
Mauna Loa
on the
island of Hawaii. It is huge, rising about 4 km above sealevel, and
extending about 6 km BELOW sealevel. So Mauna Loa is about 10 km (6
miles) high! It is the biggest volcano on the Earth.
