The most comprehensive list is on the Global Volcanism Program's homepage (http://www.volcano.si.edu/gvp/) but their server has been down the last few days. VolcanoWorld has a pretty good list (http://volcano.und.edu/vwdocs/volc_images/sorted_by_country.html) and you might also check Michigan Tech's volcanoes page (http://www.geo.mtu.edu/volcanoes/). Or get a copy of Volcanoes of the World.
