Do you know of any sulphur isotope data for SO2 or aerosol SO4 for the May
1980 eruption?

Dear George,
I searched GeoRef from 1980 to 1995. I found no references to isotope
data for SO2 or aerosol SO4 for the May 1980 eruption. I only found a
few references to similar work at other volcanoes. If you are looking
for an area of volcanology to go into this one seems wide open. Good luck.
I forwarded your question to the Cascade Volcano Observatory and the gas
geochemist at the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory (he worked on gases from
Mount St. Helens). If they get back to me I will forward their responses.
