Is Mt. St. Helens now an extinct volcano?

Dear Alex
Nope, Mt. St. Helens is still considered an active volcano, its
just in between eruptions right now. A volcano is active it it has the
capabilty of erupting again, and Mt. St. Helens is a youthful, still
growing volcano with many eruptions in its future.
