I have not seen a measurement for the vent at Komagatake. You might have a look at "Current Eruptions in Japan", the homepage of VRC-ERI, Univ. Tokyo at http://hakone.eri.u-tokyo.ac.jp/vrc/erup/erup.html The Volcanic Explosivity Index is a measure of the size of a volcanic eruption.
The ash at Komagatake is andesite in composition. I have not seen temperature estimates from the current eruption. I guess they will be about 900-950 Celsius.
