Where can I find history on Mt. Fuji, Mt Pelee, Mt Manaloa, and Mt tambora for a report?

rocky Bud

Hi Bud,

Well, the wise-guy answer to your question would be "in the library", but to be a little more useful, you might take a look in a book called "Volcanoes of the World" by Tom Simkin and Lee Seibert. It has a list of all eruptions reported, and there are also numerous references that will help you to find material on individual volcanoes.
Other sources might be in books describing the geology or geography of the particular countries where your volcanoes are located. Finally, you might try doing a web search on the world-wide-web. It is surprising what you can find there. I once even found a home page devoted to Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Good luck on the report.
