If a volcano erupted in New South Wales, what type of rocks would be erupted and what types of minerals would be in those rocks?

Because New South Wales is continental crust, almost any type of volcanic rock could be erupted . . . from basalt (olivine and pyroxene) to rhyolite (quartz and felspars)
