There is not a predicted next eruption for Mt. Rainer. As you probably know, Mt. Rainer is near to the most heavily-populated part of Washington state, so it is monitored pretty carefully. For the moment it does not appear to be doing anything unusual. The USGS Cascades Volcano Observatory has a lot of information about Mt. Rainer. It can be found at:
As for volcanoes in Kentucky, there may be some very very old volcanic rocks nearby, but there are no volcanoes anymore. Probably the closest volcanoes to you would be those down in the Lesser Antilles.
