What's going on at Mammoth Mountain? I understand there's USGS going on at the site and I thought I read about a budge growing out of a mountain.

Hi Doug,

I don't know if there is "...USGS going on..." at Mammoth Mountain. Certainly the USGS is working there. There also may be a bulge in the floor of the old caldera. There is a USGS home page dedicated to Mammoth Mountain, and the web address is:
