AriHi Ari,
I'm afraid I don't know where anybody has tallied up all the volcanic losses in the US, but I'm sure someone has. You may have to go searching in the insureance section of your nearest library. I found a book that talks about the losses from various geologic events. It lists the damage from the 1955 Kilauea eruption ($2,594,703) and major losses from the Mt. St. Helens 1980 eruption as $969,800,000. The book is "Earthquakes, Volcanoes, and Tsunamis an Anatomy of Hazards" by Karl V. Steinbrugge.
I'm sorry not to have the numbers readily available.
Sincerely,
Scott Rowland
