Three different types of sponsorship allow opportunities for individuals, schools, and businesses to support VW and to let the world know you exist!

TYPE 1: CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

If your product and or service is related to volcanoes, VolcanoWorld is a wonderful way to reach a very focused audience. Families and individuals interested in visiting Hawaii, Japan, Central America, the western USA, or other volcano lands look to VolcanoWorld for information and links to plan their trips. As a VW sponsor your banner and link to your own home page will directly attract potential customers. You can sponsor a specific volcano (e.g., Kilauea), an entire region (e.g., Alaska), or the volcano mall pages.

Your company banner and pertinent information will be visible in three places: on a rotating banner on the VW Home Page, on the volcano, region, or mall page, and in the directory of all VolcanoWorld sponsors. Your sponsorship costs only $100 per month (three-month minimum) or $1,000 per year. VolcanoWorld is an activity of a non-profit organization and your sponsorship support is tax deductible.

TYPE 2: INDIVIDUAL/PERSONAL SPONSORING

If you are very interested in volcanoes, you can sponsor a volcano in your own name or for someone else (as a birthday present!). You can sponsor a specific volcano (e.g., Mt. St. Helens), an entire country (e.g., Japan), or pages in the Volcano Mall. This opportunity to support VW costs only $25 per month, $50 for three months, or $150 per year. Your name will appear on a banner on that page, and a link can be added to your personal home page. Your name will also be added to our VolcanoWorld sponsor directory that highlights all sponsors. And your sponsorship is tax deductible!

TYPE 3: CLASSROOM OR SCHOOL SPONSORSHIP

Your entire school or individual classroom can sponsor a volcano on VolcanoWorld. Sponsorship in VolcanoWorld gives children an excellent opportunity to personalize their learning about volcanoes. They can track the action of their volcano while studying earth science or social studies. Your classroom or school can choose to sponsor a particular volcano (e.g., Vesuvius) or an entire region (e.g., Indonesia). We will provide a banner for your school or classroom and will also provide a link to your school's home page (if applicable). Or better yet, your students can make their own banner! Your banner will be visible on the page for the region or volcano and on the directory featuring all VolcanoWorld sponsors. Sponsoring a volcano will cost only $25 a semester.
