This is a southward view across Lake Atitlan. Lake Atitlan fills a large caldera (actually a complex of 3 calderas). Three stratovolcanoes have grown up along the southern margin. To the right is San Pedro. Outlined in green is Toliman, and just barely visible behind Toliman is the eastern flank of Atitlan. For obvious reasons Lake Atitlan is one of Guatemala's major tourist attractions.
