Observatoire Volcanologique de la Soufrière in Guadeloupe is one of the three French volcanological observatories with Montagne Pelée (Martinique) and Piton de la Fournaise (Réunion) observatories. The head of the French volcanological observatories is at the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris. L'Observatoire Volcanologique de la Soufrière is operating since 1950. Photograph by A.C.
